Schedule a Pain or a Cosmetic Consult

We are so excited that you are thinking of coming in!

This scheduler will allow you to schedule a fifty-minute Consult appointment.

To schedule your appointment, choose “consult” or “pain” and then pick one of the available times on the calendar below.

You will be asked if you want the appointment to be added to your Google calendar, or if you want to set up a new scheduling account. It is probably easier if you just choose to add it to your calendar.

We do often get patients from other cities more than two hours away from Tyler, TX. If you are one of those, please send a note on the ‘contact’ page and tell us you would prefer a Zoom consult. That way neither of us will be surprised if you don’t show up in person.

You will get an email to confirm your appointment.
